I never receive Velocity email offers but my wife does

Hi, is there some secret to getting the velocity bonus and offer emails?
My wife gets them all - bonus points, double SC, BP offers, etc.
In my preferences I have all checkboxes ticked for email correspondence.
Can you shed any light on this?

I'm the same, never ever get emails. I've changed my preferences, ticked and unticked boxes, resubmitted my email address. Never a petrol points, Thursday sale or double points offer but hubby gets them.

I had problems a while back which I finally worked out was due to having changed my delivery to an A Post digital mailbox. There was a points deal a few years back to set that up and I'd forgotten to change my delivery method back to direct email.
