Honestly, who knows. It's all a bit mysterious.

Sent a tweet and Twitter message to @HyattConcierge and now an email to goldpassport [at] hyatt.com. No response yet.

Hopefully something will come through over night.

I have never used Twitter before. ..but opened an account tonight and sent them my Hilton Diamond info...fingers crossed. ..bet they will get a hammering and close this offer soon so get in quick to give yourself a chance:)

Have sent a DM with Screenshot of my account and will see what happens (I have 1M plus HH points so hopefully that counts well for me )
 
I just don't get the whole Twitter thing. But i have sent a DM (no idea how to do a screen shot via DM) so hopefully they will reply with good news.
It seems you have to have had a Hyatt stay in the last year. I have made a future booking just in case.

Did that around 2:30pm and soon after 3pm received a DM reply asking for the request to go via the email address indicated earlier (gold, not golu).

Their DM Iasked for a screen shot showing at least one stay as well as an image of your status (membership) card. It indicated an answer within 48 hours.

Pretty surprised to see this after being denied for a status match just a week ago... Tweeted and will see the response I get. Fingers crossed!
 
I emailed for a status match a week ago and was denied...Wonder my luck this time...

I guess they are working on the weekend - my match to Diamond Passport came through 10:30am this morning.

Note however that reports on FT indicate Diamond matches from SPG only - others (such as HHonors) to their platinum level. This for applications received after Noon CST Friday.

I must have gotten in early.
 
Just received a Twitter message offering status match, with a 48 hour turnaround.

I have sent a screenshot showing one stay, and my Hilton Diamond Account.

Will update if I hear anything further.
 
I sent all the information around 24 hours ago and just got word that they will email back within 48 hours..Bit strange since I sent it also in a DM...

Apparently they've stopped matching HILTON and are now just doing SPG.. Fingers crossed :confused:

They took about 30 hours to get back to me. I gave them a list of my memberships - they didn;t seem interested in Hilton or Accor, but did ask me about my IHG and SPG accounts. (I guess Accor is a bit limited in the US)
