So currently google flights, itamatrix and direct with airlines.....Is Air Lingus the cheapest in June?
Any coupons, cashback website to get it cheaper?

How Long is a piece of string?
Your post doesn’t give a lot of info so can’t really provide an answer.

What dates, routes are you looking at and how much can you currently see the flights for and what would you like to pay for them?

Flying from DUB or from northern Ireland?

More info needed for any useful answer.

Cheapest is usually Ryan air.

Coming up Aer Lingus

Dublin direct to Frankfurt one way 2 X Pax June 2018.

So far on Aer Lingus and entered web coupon, add QFF number.....

Try Ryan air direct website as nothing on google flights, Imatrix, Flightscanner?

Skyscanner.
Choose nearby airports as the LCCs often don't fly into the major airports in Europe.

Ryanair fly from DUB and are hit and miss showing up on Google flights. Some of their routes don't fly everyday

Ryanair dub -> muc $68 each in June

Now I'm told too early flight and 0800 earliest which is lufthansa comes in at $246 euro
Needed to fly into International Franfurt Main so Ryan Air was 100KMs away in Hahn and no Autobarn 200KM\H Uber interested PAX
Note that 28 degree credit card fee, if money on Citi Debit Card would have been free!

You looking one way or return? Often booking a return (and not using that return) will return some cheap fares on legacy carriers that are equal (or often lower) than LCCs. If booking a return include a weekend away and put the return off-peak in terms of flight time.
