I have followed instructions and paid the fee to become a Gold member which entitles me to Corporate Membership but I am getting really frustrated trying to get any feedback from you guys on how to progress to an application! Tried a private mail to Admin - no response! All I would like to know is which form to complete, how much to pay and who to send it to.

The way forward is to PM admin and he normally responds quickly. I'm not sure why he has not on this occasion. Maybe one of the esteemed mods will know if he is away at the moment.
I would not worry unless you have a tight time line for the membership.
