How can i post a video to a TR?

I think it has to be uploaded somewhere, and a URL pasted in?

Is there a site I can easily upload a video to, so I can embed it in my TRs? I don't want to go to the hassle of opening a YouTube account.

Can anyone suggest an easy way to get some (short) videos into my TRs?

(I'm sure you'd all like to see some 'horse rugby' ! )

Youtube. If you already have a Google/Gmail account, you have a Youtube account. It really isn't much hassle to create one if you don't.

Otherwise you're just going to be creating an account on another video sharing site.

Hmmm ... thanks & OK ... I have a google account and have created a channel. What setting do i use so AFFers can access the video I upload, but I don't want anyone else to see it?

Public, Unlisted, Private, Scheduled?

Unlisted. Then only those with the link can see the video. It won't show up in searches, but if you post the link here, obviously the thread is public and itself searchable via Google (and other search engines).

Private means only you can view it.

Yes I found the only way I could reliably add a video to a TR was via you tube.It wasn't hard.

If Xenforo (the company) do so in the next release then it will flow to us, but unlikely for us to set it up manually.
