I'm interested, but generally avoid travelling during school holidays, so for me Australia Day weekend is out. Early March would be my preference.

I'm very close to booking to go to the Tulip Farm in October but I will be staying with friends near Wynyard for a few days - The Tulip festival is in Wynyard on the 12th October so think I'll be there that weekend. I also realise it's the AFF get together in Sydney the following weekend. I guess I will have to explore whatever gin is available and report back

I am presenting at a conference in Noosa that weekend. But happy to hear back on the gin report.

You will be in my neck of the woods

So I gather we didn’t nail down 20 March 2020 (Australia playing ODI at Blundstone)

We dont have 2020 vision

However, the cheap seats with QF are on special time COB 9 Sept 2019 so I might book a week and hope the Gin tour goes ahead ....

March will be the best option, I feel like there will be a lot of people during holidays.

I'm watching with interest.
We will lock in Saturday the 21st March for a tour. I will have to work on an itinerary which will have to be a work in progress. I am so busy working hard on the final weeks before an international conference I am on committee for. That finishes October 15th so will be somewhat less than 150% booked out for hours in the day after that. Can we look at people definitely attending, likely attending, maybe attending please. That will give me numbers to work on transport etc which will determine final cost. Last tour was 70$ I think. @RooFlyer can you recall. Also would plan on a dinner that night for interested parties

Sounds perfect. Will confirm this evening. We have a big road trip planned in Black Beauty then, and the dates align seamlessly. Mr ALH doesn’t like Gin so he’ll have to drink something else. OR. He could drive.

Suggest you ask a Mod to amend the thread title to include the date

No, sorry; clueless. I'm also a non-starter for this, as I'll be overseas.

I guess you could say I am silver.I should be working in Launceston then but won't know for sure until November probably. They may be able to get someone permanent by then. Also I would have to ask for that weekend off but as I have already asked if there to have a weekend in February off for my 50th Med School reunion I might be unlucky.
If working and I have the weekend off I will be there.

Just an FYI: Labour Day/Eight hour Day long weekend in Victoria/Tasmania is 7-9 March 2020
AU vs NZ ODI3 is at Blundstone Arena on 20-Mar-2020.
