I received an email from email@example.com to thank me for my stay in Nottingham UK. Only problem is, it wasn't me; haven't been to the UK for 18 months! The receipt had my name, address, diamond number. Not sure how someone managed to check in to the hotel. I never received a booking confirmation. Not sure what is going on. HH were very unhelpful. Hilton Nottingham is ringing me back. Not sure whether my account is compromised. I wonder whether I get some points for the stay.
