Not sure if its been posted before but I just downloaded the latest version of the HHonors app and it appears to be functioning well :eek: :D
Nice clean interface and easy to look up bookings and change account preferences.
I had been using the clunky old Hilton app previously but this one is so much better.
I also use the Conrad Concierge app, it too is functional with good graphics.
 
I can only assume you mean the iPhone version, as there is no update to the horrible, clunky Android one.

The Hilton app is very good and I often prefer to use it over their website.

Recently I tried to make a TRAVELZOO booking to HSP via the website and it didn't give me the special rate.
Then I tried again using the app and it worked.

Thanks...just downloaded the app. and it is great to have easy access to all my reservations!
 
I also find it very handy when booking flexible rates.
I always check the rate again on the day of check in (before 4pm) and often find it to be ~50$ cheaper, then I change my booking using the app :)

Yes, the iPhone version ( updated June 13)
Hopefully they will release an Android version soon as its light years ahead of the previous App
 
Maybe I have the cluncky old app. How can one tell the difference?

I just signed in via the app and checked future reservations and it tells me I have none. Panicing, I quickly signed into the web site and it correctly disaplayed my seven future bookings between next month and Jan 2015.

Good app. :evil:

Found it!

I was using an app just called Hilton. I've now downloaded the HHonors app and it seems to work well.

Except the new HHonors App won't display your room details. (So can't check if you've been upgraded).

The old app was just a wrapper for the mobile version of the website. Surely you can still browse to the mobile version of the website and see this, right?
 
I had problems with the Hilton website and changing my addresses which went ok in the end, but then I noticed they made me MR Mashett. I did not change that! :D

I wish companies would stop using the word "enhance" to describe various levels of stuff-ups. A wonderful word......which I'm now reluctant to use because of the widespread misuse.
 
I just updated my iPad app, but I'm not sure if this is a recent update (I don't check these things regularly). I like it.
