You must present a valid Virgin Australia boarding pass and your Gold or Diamond Hilton HHonors membership card. Only physical HHonors membership cards or via the HHonors app will be accepted. Your Virgin Australia boarding pass must match the name on your Hilton HHonors membership card. Entry to the lounge may be restricted during disruption or peak periods and when the lounge is at or nearing full capacity (assessed by Virgin Australia in its discretion). I gather that's the reciprocity of benefits between companies. Equivalent to VA gold and plats being given HH lounge access.

Are cardholder guests allowed access to VA lounges? If reciprocity between VA and HH is in place, hotel likely will have 2 guests in room wishing to avail hotel's lounge facilities.
