Help - Qantas Freight, does anyone have a contact or any suggestions?

Hi all,

I hope your all having a great weekend. Unfortunately mine is turning progressively worse due to Qantas and in particular Qantas Freight. I have a package coming from NYC that left on Friday week ago and arrived in Sydney on Tuesday afternoon or Wednesday morning. From there it has been booked and confirmed on 3 or 4 separate flights from Sydney direct to Adelaide (depending on who I talk to) and has not made any of them. It did however make a flight that left 45mins after I was told it would be on the flight arriving into Adelaide at 8:45pm last night, but the flight went to Melbourne where it is sitting in no mans land waiting to be checked in. Qantas ground staff are next to useless because they simply have no access or no authority to look into this for me. I have managed to get the freight managers email address in Melbourne but am not holding my breath on receiving a word from them until Monday at the earliest. Anyone have any suggestions or know any buttons to push to find out some more info?

Personally I've found they are generally quick to respond over there.
 
Is Qantas the freight forwarder or a company like DHL ?
Have the goods cleared customs ?
About 3 years ago I had a delivery from Germany take 36 hours to get out the Melb airport freight terminal. The delay was nothing to do with the airline who carried the goods
