Hi there,
I've been hanging around here for a while but, having just stepped off of VA2 from LAX to Sydney at 6am this morning, I am killing time trying to keep myself awake to a reasonable hour. This felt like a good opportunity to formally introduce myself and to thank the community for the information they've provided so far.
I'm a reasonably frequent flyer, approaching 200 hours airborne this year so far. I tend to fly domestic short-haul with Qantas (company policy) and long-haul with V Australia. I currently hold Velocity Gold, AAdvantage Platinum and Virgin Flying Club Silver... much as I'd like to consolidate down to a single program I am at the mercy of company travel policies and so can't always book my preferred carrier.
Anyway, thanks again for the wealth of information to be found here... looking forward to getting to know you all better.
