Hawaiian airlines - how long for status credits/points to post?

I travelled to Hawaii recently with Hawaiian airlines. My Velocity number was on the booking (and boarding pass etc), however the points/SC's haven't posted yet (around 2 weeks later). The Virgin connecting flight has been posted though.

Does anyone have any experience with this? How long will it take for the points/SC's to go through?

Did you purchase your ticket as the VA codeshare, or was it a HA flight number?
I've recently flown SYD-HNL-SYD codeshare VA on HA metal and points were posted a day or so later.
HNL-KOA-HNL was also on HA metal with one flight ticketed HA and the other VA and have had to submit boarding passes for a manual claim as the points didn't post.

This is not Hawaiian, but I recently flew Virgin America, with the flight part of a NZ booking. All the NZ sectors posted to Velocity in less than a week of travel. Another separate VX flight I had posted also within a week, but this final VX sector hasn't posted yet. I waited the 2 weeks as instructed on the website and then rang the Call Centre on the weekend. The call centre attendant informed me that VA has an agreement with VX that they cannot hassle them about bookings until 6 weeks has passed. Perhaps they have a similar arrangement with HA...?

I booked the flight through HA, although my VA number was put into the system when I checked in.

I'll give it a few more days and then give them a call I think. Hopefully I won't have to wait 6 weeks before they'll do something!

Looks like I spoke (well, typed anyway) too soon - the points were credited today. I had two family members pooling to me - one was credited today as well, however the other has not yet done so. I've checked that the VA number was correct etc, so I'm assuming they do it in stages and that hers will post soon.
