Hainan Airlines: Your experience?

Hi everyone,
I have just booked flights on Hainan over the Easter break for less than work paid for me to go Mel-Syd last week.

I was wondering, has anyone flown Hainan before? If so, what was the experience in Y like? I know that Skytrax give it 5 stars but at the price I paid I'm half expecting that my seat will be in the baggage hold...

Thanks MEL_Traveller, you're right - it does look ok for the price. I will just make sure I grab a bottle of water or two prior to boarding. I'll do my best to put up a report for any future travellers upon my return.
