How hard can it be?

Do others find this message is fairly common when working on redemption bookings?

Not fairly common, but it does happen now and then.
Seems to occur more often late in the evening / early morning EST.
 
Normally fine, but happens occasionally.

Also yesterday I had just redeemed for 4 J Savers HKT-MEL when after all completing all payment details it just went into limbo showing payment processing.



So I rang up and they completed the booking.

Same thing happened 10 minutes later when I nabbed a 5 J Saver on the same route.

Nice work. I'm obviously not trying hard enough.

Probably you are jamming up their server with all of your redemptions!! (Just joking)
