I'm not sure whether anyone else has the same issue, but i've just taken a second look at my Velocity Gold Card that i've had for the last month or so. I just noticed that next to my name where it says my membership level it actually says "Silver Membership".
My status is gold. The card is clearly gold. The bag tags that came with it say "gold membership" in the same spot but the gold card itself clearly says "Silver membership".
It's a non issue with DJ as they seem to recognise my gold status whenever they swipe it, but i imagine it could be an issue for anyone other than DJ who might be offering any perks for DJ gold members.
Anyone else noticed the same thing?
