Noted that there are a few Four Season's stalwarts doing TRs at the moment so probably will be happy to see this-

Thailand-based international real estate developer Country Group Development (CGD) and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts today announced plans for a luxury hotel and residential project situated along Bangkok’s Chao Phraya River. The development, designed to offer a world-class waterfront experience and set a new standard in luxury, will be home to the new Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River and Four Seasons Private Residences Bangkok at Chao Phraya River.

Construction has started and we cruised past it a few times whilst going to/from Asiatique/Saphan Taksim.

One of my goals is to buy into a hotel-residence and it appears Asia is the place to do it, maybe not Bangkok right now as I feel that the prices are ridiculous. That said there quite a few luxury apartments being built right now so if one is in the market or has spare cash lying around, it might be a good time. However AU$1M will not go very far in some of those new luxury developments.
