And we are off! Six intrepid travellers, led by yours truely, who missed the first turn off ( oops) but eventually found Moorilla, in the outskirts of Hobart and co located with MONA.

A really classy location, large complex with the tasting room having great views.

its experimental as I'm not sure if timings and even where we will go in total. So bear with us and once I get the logistics worked out, there will be a bigger ' proper' tour.

Reminds me I didn't update my little tour two weeks ago. Will be interesting to see your impressions there.

What did you guys think about the Cloth Label sparkling? I wasn't sure what's more outrageous, the strong honey taste or the price :D Their premium Pinot is fantastic tho.

Didn't try the cloth sparkling today but tried it at the winter feast last night.. Didn't rate it. Preferred the Arras but not worth $125 a bottle..

Fantastic, we are off to Tassie on Thursday. I'm looking forward to trying some new wines!

A seafood cafe and a pizza/ coffee place next to the tasting room.
