Finnair A340 55D extra legroom?

hey,
for an Finnair A340-300 flight I was thinking which seat is the best to choose? Some of the good ones are already gone, but 21D (first economy bulkhead), as well as 41L (emergency exit with raft) are still available. However, looking through the seatmap 55D also looks like a great choice. Does anyone know why row 54 only happens to have middle 2 seats? It looks like too good to be true

Unfortunately I cant post links/pic, if you enter A340 55D in google image search you see what I am talking about.

edit: Guess I am blind, now I finally saw the hatch in front of the seat. Guess thats the reason they left out the seat in front. Just weird that seatguru and these sides classify this seat as an average seat, it looks like one of the most spacious Y-seats on the whole plane. But guess, I should be happy, as its not that popular then and thus still available.

seatguru is becoming increasingly unreliable for any airline based outside the usa.
