Am just trying to log in. I am part of that double verification process. Unfortunately. I can log in ok but once in I cannot access any details like current bookings, activity etc. I log into MrP's account and it works fine. I've tried on Chrome and Safari and on iPad and iPhone. I've tried accessing different areas via the site map and search function. Nada. I kept being directed back to the FF log in page even though I am logged in as my name is in the top right corner. Any suggestions?

Buy a little doll and a set of pins.

Write 'Alan Joyce' on the doll's forehead and then stick pins in said doll every time the web site gives you aggravation.

Won't help accessing your flight details, but very satisfying.

ps I just logged in OK, with forward reservations there ok.

People have been finding their bookings have been vanishing and reappearing for the last few weeks.

Yes. But my whole account isn't accessible when logging in. I can't 'get' to anything.

Tried a different browser?

Nevermind, I see that you have. Im not sure, sorry.

It seems the issue is the double log in trial I am on. I didn't have my phone on me yesterday to receive and enter the text code when I tried logging in. (This is part of their stupid trial system) so I used the 'alternative' log in details - mothers maiden name, date joined, date of birth, post code. But this clearly did not log me in properly. I really hate this double log on business and hope it does not extend to the full membership.

I just logged into my account and noticed that under the greeting ("Good Evening, AIRwin") I've been a "Member since January 1970" except neither QFF nor I existed then...

Maybe try a retrospective claim for that 1971 flight from Tahiti to Bermuda (segmented with stops in Acapulco and Mexico City - of course!).
