I booked an award seat through my QFF for this coming Saturday one way BKK-HKG on Emirates First Class.
Now in the customise your journey section on the booking on qantas, i booked in chauffer drive and it says confirmed. However when i look in some other trip reports etc, it says that chauffer drive isnt available for this route (only applicable if starting in Dubai apparently?) also it says not available in the list of citys on the emirites sites for this transit flight.
But if its booked and confirmed with Qantas does this mean ill somehow get it? Does Qantas offer it cause its a reward booking with QFF points?
