Just looking at the layout and looking at the Y section, by my maths there are 10 WCs (5 in the nose, 3 at Door 3 & 2 in the rear) for 399 Y passengers.

Average of 40 Pax/WC. Is this a normal ratio for Y as it seems like a lot of Pax/WC to me?

Also, I wouldn't want to be sitting in the front section of Y with 5 WCs as it might turn into Grand Central Station mid-flight.

Yes but some of those 156 use the one belonging to the 12 J pax so that averages things out a little.

Still an average of 1 per 56 pax (+ crew)

Transport of water is particularly problematic on commericial aircraft because of the weight of liquid and the airline has yet to detail the operation of the showers.

Lets hope they don't implement some form of grey water recycling

Well that would be ok. (And the volumes would probably work)

But I was thinking more of some small RO plant for the hand basin and shower water. Highly unlikely in retrospect.
