Hi,

Have booked separate flights for me and the wife both travelling with a child.

Wife is booked in J with my Son (6)
I'm booked in F with my Daughter (4)

trying to work out best seating arrangements, i know business is in a 2-3-2 config and first is in a 1-2-1 config.

I assume for the J seats we should just choose 2 seats at the windows, is there reasonable access to each seat if required?

regarding the F seats is it best to choose a window and an isle seat? My daughter may need a little more access than my son as she is younger. She can get a little nervous during take off and landing but once the plane stops bumping around she's fine. if we were in the centre would i need to go around to see her?

thanks for your help

because of the set up on the 777 (full-front angled beds) there's plenty of room to access the window/aisle if you select a pair of seats by the window.

For F you can drop the privacy screen between the centre seats and you would be able to have direct contact with your daughter. With suites across the aisle this would not be possible, especially during take-off, landing, and if there was an emergency such as requiring oxygen.

Plus with a window and aisle in F you'd actually be blocked from each other's view due to the positioning of the side wall of the suite.
