Thinking of flying as the title suggests. Anyone know how soon you have to check in, given that this would be International? Is it 60 mins minimum, like Air France?
Couldn't find by Googling! Thanks

Not sure where in Italy you're boarding...but the lines to get through often taken 45 mins in busy periods, so give yourself plenty of time. Do check in online and print your boarding pass, because when you go to the terminal they have a different line for people who have already checked in and is MUCH shorter than the normal lines. 2 hours at a minimum

We're thinking Venice, and would book the priority boarding. Would that still need 2 hours?
Thanks

Yes. With Easyjet you just never know how long the security screening will be. Priority boarding doesn't give you a quicker benefit to get through that (only at the gate..and if you miss the bus or call to line up for priority boarding, it's a wasted payment as they won't let you on) Be early...saves the stress

Did this in reverse last year - France to Italy.

All went smoothly but you have to read conditions very carefully re luggage requirements (both weight and number of pieces). Pay any luggage charges on-line, they are exorbitant if you pay at airport.

Speaking as someone who has departed Venice with easyJet, let my first piece of advice to you be about where you check in - unless it has changed in the last few months, easyJet has their own check-in area on the ground floor (not up on the first floor with all the other airlines). So as you enter the ground floor of the main terminal, turn right and head to the end of the arrivals area.

easyJet will only start checking you in 2 hours before your flight, even if the check in staff are working other flights, they will not allow you to check in until the 2 hour mark. As others have said, use online check-in up to 30days before you depart Check-in, and then use bag drop if you paid for checked luggage. (They also had a one cabin bag policy, so if you have a personal item/handbag & wheelie bag, it's either-or, not both.)

And expect an early boarding, as you will probably be bussed out to the aircraft, even though Venice airport has aerobridges.

Whether is check in times, luggage weight, number of pieces of luggage, luggage size, boarding priorities etc Easyjet have rules and they stick to them.
We had small stroller for lap infant which I packed into its carry case while waiting for flight to be called. Was pulled up for two pieces of cabin baggage until I showed it was stroller and had been checked in and would be handed to staff at aircraft door.
