Does anyone have recommendations for "dry" riesling?

Generally it is not a style of wine I would enjoy as a drink, but the style seems to match some food dishes extremely well.

Pikes Traditional Riesling Clare SA
Forest Hill Riesling My Barker WA
or a rich dry being
jim Barry Lodge Hill SA

My own preference is any Mt Barker; Great Southern from WA

You're in luck as there is plenty of fantastic rieslings across the country. I primarily buy from some of the reliable great Southern and Claire Valley producers but don't discount Canberra, Tasmania and even the Grampians in Victoria.

Some of my favourites are Grosset, Jim Barry, Leo Buring, Tim Adams, Pikes, Dukes, Howard Park, Frankland estate, Clonalilla, Helm, Pooley and Bests. There are many more of course!

The main reason I asked the question was I was given a few bottles of D'Arenberg The Dry Dam Riesling (2010 & 2017), which is apparently a "semi-dry riesling" (according to Qantas Wine).

I did not know there was an International Riesling Foundation (I wonder if the membership fees are based on the volume of riesling consumption).

Does this mean most Australian rieslings are of the "dry" type, while most European rieslings are medium-sweet or sweet?
