Hi,
My family flew PER-HKG-cough in late March 2011 but the HKG-cough sector on Dragon Air has not yet credited to any family member's account. The family was originally booked PER-NRT on Qantas but were re-scheduled because of the Japan Earthquake to reach closer to their final destination by avoiding TKY. Qantas were brilliant in the re-scheduling at no cost to us and it saved a transfer and domestic airfaire from TKY. Thank you Qantas. We have lodged a missing points claim. Am new to the forum, anyone shed any light on why there might be such a long delay with crediting the points and why Qantas does not update members on the progress of their missing points claims?
