Sorry, more DONE4 questions:

Is there an issue with not having an eticket? Seems a shame to not max out the 20 flight segments allowed?

Will having a paper ticket complicate matters when I pay for the ticket overseas? I am planning to book and pay for it via the QF office in Jakarta.

Can I get the QF platinum desk to book the DONE4 and pay for it in Jakarta so that I get the cheaper price?

Is it cheaper to book through AA rather than QF?

Do i need to book all the flight segments? Or can I just book say half the trip, nominate the cities, and then book the remaining flights later in the year.

thanks again...

If starting out of Oz there can be issues with collection of paper tickets, sometimes easily resolved, sometimes not - depending on where you start from/Agency Policy.

See above re Paper tickets. Unless booked via a Canadian based TA, you pay the higher costs of either the country of origin or the country of ticketing.

Generally. This is due to AA not charging as much in Fuel surcharges. e.g. For 2 LHONE4's I recently purchased (ex OZ), I estimated the AA cost being more then $600 pp less the the QF cost for the same fare and routing. (YMMV)

You can do this as long as the original routing and changed routing are both valid for xONEx's. Note there is a USD125 cost pp each time such routing changes are made.
