While this won’t be a TR Per Se, we had dinner last night in the “signature” restaurant .
Have to say was VERY impressed.
Mrs GPH has the “coughtail” pairing with each course, as I am not a coughtail person I had a few glasses of wine.

Excuse my 3 stage posting, limitations on number of photos per post and slow wifi combined to make things difficult
