The possibility of gaining a Corporate Amex charge card has risen up and I'm looking at options. At the moment, despite trawling the Amex .au site, I'm struggling to see much worthwhile difference between the standard Green and the Gold aside from a slightly higher annual fee. I see some variation around the travel insurance, but both are offered by ACE and look pretty basic, I wouldn't be going Gold just for this small difference.
Both seem to earn at 1:1 and you can either link to an existing MR account or start a new one for AU$89/yr
Aside from having a lovely looking Gold Amex in your wallet is there any real reason one would go for one?
