CX Lounge Developments

As I map out my year of flying to come, I start to wonder when the lounge redevelopment projects will finish.

Sounds like LHR will be done by June. Does anyone know when The Pier J will open up in HKG?

Also, with MNL, HND, BKK, TPE, LHR and HKG done, does anyone know which lounges are next in line (if any)?

Apparently not. I think I read on FlyerTalk that it's all combined.

Not strange at all. I'm pretty obsessed with their new design language.

Studioilse, the studio behind all the new lounges, have had quite a bit written about them since launching The Pier, but this Wallpaper article lists Lindsey Adelman as the firm behind the brass light. That makes me think the same firm was commissioned for all the other brass fittings but I could be wrong. Regardless, I think it's fairly safe to say most is bespoke for the project.

I just flew through YVR, unfortunately I didn't know the lounge was renovated so only had about 30 minutes there.
A very nice noodle bar, friendly service and craft beer .

It's a pretty major port for CX, so it should be pretty good.

I was told by a CX staff member when passing through LHR last month that the re-opening was likely to be delayed until July or August as they had hit some trouble with the renovations. Can't be sure of course, but that was the word

We're now in June but no word yet on The Pier J opening. Anyone heard anything on their travels through HKG?
