If I fly CX with stop in Hong Kong as a Qantas Pub member can I go into a lounge? And take a guest? Will be only Y+ so I don't think I have access naturally. DSoesn't seem to state this on the CX website

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

Qantas Club gives you no access benefits to CX lounges, just AA and BA.

There is a Qantas lounge (indeed both First and Business) at HKG, but access is:
"Next onward flight that day must be a Qantas, British Airways, or Jetstar Airlines[SUP]+[/SUP] flight number. One guest allowed and must be travelling with the member."
Eligibility and Access to The Qantas Club lounges

So out of luck, unless someone here can guest you.
