Current trans-tasman lounge in MEL

Hi All, I've recently had the pleasure of using the Brisbane, Sydney and Auckland Air NZ intl lounges. Really nice!

However I understand that the Air NZ lounge in Melbourne is currently closed? Is there a temporary lounge? Can I use the SilverKris lounge? I'm VA WP currently. Anyone flown this route recently ?

Pretty sure I'm on AirNZ metal both ways..

There is a temp lounge. It's not bad for a temp lounge too, but not worth arriving early for.

Agreed. Temp lounge is not too bad. SQ lounge is a bunker anyway. Better off in the terminal near a window.

The food isn't terrible and there's free pour spirits in the NZ lounge though...

Thanks. A bite of breakfast and a coffee always helps before those early morning Y flights.
