Got an offer a few weeks back from Qantas saying if converted Woolies points to QF points would get 5000 points when conversion occurred 15/12. I converted and got the usual transfer of base points on that date but have not yet received the bonus points. Anyone else get this offer or know how long they usually take to get on system?

I got the same offer but for 1,000pts. No have not received them yet. Will give them at least a few weeks before worrying about it though. These things take time.
 
I got that offer too, 2000 points to set up the conversion before 4 December and a further 3000 points if points are converted in the next (or subsquent) conversion being 15 December.

I note this in the T&Cs of the email: "Please allow up to seven days from Woolworths' conversion date for Qantas Points to appear in your Qantas Frequent Flyer Account. Bonus Qantas Points will be credited to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account by Qantas after the conversion date. "

So I'm giving at least 7 days before chasing up the bonus points though the WW converted points have already hit my QFF account.

Don't let them fob you off to Woolies as I assume it is a Qantas promo like mine was. I am actually thinking of referring to Consumer Affairs or whatever they are called these days if they don't come up with a decent answer soon.

No problem, good luck. One of the big problems I found is that each time you reply you end up with a different person. I assume that the reason I have had no reply for nearly two weeks now is that they are hoping I will go away. That's not going to happen, quite happy to keep popping up and annoying them until they answer some questions properly.

Yeh got the 2k "change from $10 discount @ Woolies" to "Convert to Qantas points" and then 3k bonus sign up email and activated it on November 10 (this is listed on Woolies Rewards site). I've spent @ Woolies multiple times since then, but nothing has transferred to Qantas.
 
I used the email [email protected] and got a response the next day asking for details of when I did the transfer and after I provided the details got a reply later that day to confirm they had been posted. I have to say I am pretty impressed, this was damn quick. Thanks for giving me the email contact and thanks to Qantas!

Well done, unfortunately I can't report the same. I sent an enquiry on 22 / 12 after waiting over two weeks for a reply only to be told

"Please be advise that we are currently reviewing your claim for bonus points from Woolworths and we'll contact you immediately once we have a resolution for this."

I guess it has probably been referred to boardroom level as 500 points could break the airline

Just chatted to Woolies chat and they have said
"I have just gone through this with my supervisor and he has advised me that he is unaware of that promotion. He has advised contacting Qantas as it seems to be a Qantas promotion."

EDR site not updated with next QF transfer date (still showing 15/12/17).
 
If Woolies says it will post points on the 15/12/17 (as my profile still says too) - and it hasn't posted any points to Qantas, is this not a Woolies issue as they aren't sending the data over to Qantas in the first place?

Qantas only knows we've shopped at Woolies once Woolies sends the data to Qantas I'd assume??
 
Mine is saying in the 'pop up' on my account that "transfers will occur each quarter and the next will be on 15/12/17", so presumably the quarter ends 29 February 18 for a transfer on or about the "ides of March" (15 March 18).

However on my "redemption settings" in my account it says

CONVERT TO
QANTAS POINTS
$10 Woolworths Dollars = 870 Qantas Points, transferred to your Qantas account from 15/12/2018.

You're currently converting your savings to Qantas Points.
