OT but I am disappointed that the contents of the Aurora Spa Botanicals hand wash bottles in the rest rooms has changed - I really liked the smell of the previous version. I hope Aspar change their mind and revert back to the original formula....

I wish the hand wash and hand cream bottles would be in different colours. I often use the wrong one, especially after a few glasses of wine

Had that too in MEL yesterday, had to take it back to the bar be tweaked but still couldn't finish it. Much prefer the personalised coughtail one of the staff would mix for me everytime that person is on duty anyway. The warm roasted spiced nuts were good though.

I found the same thing - they did however have an impressive cheese board with lots of extras like olives, cream cheese stuffed mini peppers, cornichons etc and there may have been some nuts in amongst all of the other goodies I missed seeing.

No problem with that. Shampoo can be used instead of shower gel but not vv.

Very nice pre-dinner experience in MEL J lounge with daily coughtail served with warmed nuts followed by mini Pavlova served with sparkling Shiraz.

In the CBR J lounge yesterday I tried the Americano. It tasted fine but was way too strong for me and 4 sips was enough. Then I had one sip of my friend's whisky sour which I didn't like at all, and which was also way strong. Next time I might have to ask for a half strength Americano

QF are handing out coughtails tonight in the MEL J Lounge made with Maggi Beer alcohol free Ruby Cabernet (as has been served preflight on an off over the last 6 months) and Gin with a wedge of lemon.

I found it very nice - I didn't realise they were serving coughtails on weekends
