Claiming FF points on upgrade to *Class

Can anyone advise how I claim the FF points between Syd-Hnl return after we paid for an upgrade to Star Class at the airport. My husbands FF number worked at the desk but mine appeared to have a glitch. Have kept boarding passes for both journeys and also have receipts issued.

Fax the boarding passes to the Qantas frequent flyer service centre.

In the covering fax point out that you were in paid star class seated at seat ___ and you would like flight credited at star class level.
