Citibank Online - Velocity Redemptions Not Working?

I'm wanting to do a velocity transfer from citibank and when I go to the page to do so it just comes up blank, I've tried in both Firefox and IE but no luck.

Anyone else have the same problem or is it just me?
 
Tried this morning, same problem. No issue with transferring to Singapore Airlines however.
 
I rang them last week to do a transfer as the web wasn't working.

Still no points in my Velocity Account. Not sure if this is normal or if they're having issues with just Velocity.

Last time I did QFF points it was in my account the next day.

points for Virgin Velocity Points via your website but the link to
redeem to Velocity Points does not work. Please fix this link and let me
know when the problem has been fixed so I may redeem my points.
 
Online redemptions are now functional again (about time!)

I've submitted a redemption request, interestingly it says that it takes 3 weeks!!!

Last time I redeemed it took only a day or two, will wait and see.
