Cheap LH Special - Valid for Sale 13/14 Mar only

Hey guys,

Just saw this come through and thought it might interest some of you who fly on the dark side (*A)

LH are having a special valid only until Sunday through to Frankfurt and other cities in Germany, and valid for travel 22 March-31 December 2010 for $1098 + taxes.

Hope someone snags it, its a good fare, especially being non-seasonal

I'm assuming the price quoted is a r/t fare.

Hope the taxes aren't exceedingly high. Bit of culprit *A are on that one. If StevePER's quote is anything to go by, that isn't so bad.

I'm also going to hazard it's going to be a *A non-award fare (except for perhaps LH M&M).

Did a few trial bookings for MEL-FRA both for late-Aug and also Nov/Dec and had no problems finding availability for $1570 AI as I am thinking of visiting friends in Europe later in the year. This is an excellent fare for both of those time frames. These fares use QF between MEL and SIN connecting to LH flights continuing to/from Germany.
