Cheap European cities to fly to OZ from

We've got a big trip to Europe coming up and I was wondering if there are any cities which have have consistently cheap one way fares back to OZ. We're thinking of finishing our trip in one of these cities using a cheap RYANAIR etc flight. Enjoying the sights and then flying home. Ben at OMAAT says Cairo is great for cheap business class, any other ideas?

How many stops are you prepared to make? Oman Air via Muscat and Jakarta (or KL) offer really cheap fares from time to time. Jetstar it home from there.
