Changing the sector on a booked ticket

have booked a QF ticket to fly BNE - CBR on the weekend. I want to change it to be BNE - SYD ... I went online to make the change via my FF account but it seems to only let me change the time of flight only and not the destination.

am I required to call them to make a change to the destination?

there is currently a CBR - BNE return on the ticket as well and that needs to change.

Call them and they will change. I did this just Monday. There will be a fee. There is always a fee

Only date, time or via points within existing from and to cities, can be changed online at qantas.com. You have to contact your local Qantas Contact Centre for all other changes, including destination, name and travel class.
