Changing the date of a booked Reward U seat - possible?

Hi guys

If I lock in 2x U Reward seats on a given day, am I able to change the date? QF site seems to suggest you can. If so - I assume the ~6000pt change fee applies?

I've read a couple of comments suggesting that the same number of Reward seats must be available on the date you wish to change to?

Any advice welcomed!



The following changes are permitted up to the commencement of travel of each flight in your booking*:

• • change of flight number
  • change to date of travel

How about in the event I need to cancel the flights? I am a little confused about exactly what happens. Are points refunded, less some sort of fee?

Yes.
Don't necessarily expect the points to instantaneously appear back in your account when you hit 'cancel' though....
