Hi
We booked a cheap fare from SYD to LAX on the American Airlines Aussie website and having both QFF and AA Miles account decided to enter the QFF details as this is the main frequent flyer account that we use.
After looking at our QFF account for the outward journey it shows that we did not earn any points for the flight, I assume this is due to the discounted booking class and the AA flight number.
My question is:
1. We haven't flown the return yet so can I change my frequent flyer record on the booking for the return journey to AA Miles account? I assume I will at least earn some miles with AA.
2. Is it possible to claim the original outward journey with AA & remove it from my QFF account? Or is it too late for that one?
Thanks!
James
