Change to SC earn?

I've been waiting for my SCs to post for my recent trip MEL-SIN-BKK-MEL with a Business MAX fare.

The second flight eventually posted and now the first flight has posted.

I was expecting to get 120 SCs but have received 125 SCs. A check of the Qantas SC earn site shows that this is the correct earn, whereas for a QF flight the earn is 120 SCs for discount Business and 125 SCs for Business and 135 SCs for Business Flex.

There are a few routes where the JQ earn is higher. MEL-SIN is 30 with QF (discount Y) and 40 with JQ (plus package)

I distinctly remember noticing when JQ Plus Bundle earn changed from Discount Economy to Economy - because within 24 hours Simpler & Fairer happened!

Discount Business was introduced in October last year. This basically had the same earning as the previous Business.

Business itself got a little boost, and that is what Business Max is.

So, yes, it Business Max has had a little increase.
