Great pic!
It is, but was it possibly taken from the Virgin lounge?
I'm guessing as it was parked all the systems were off and therefore no hydraulic pressure...There's something different about this one, parked at the stand with her flaps and slats all hanging down, why?

I have seen a Qlink B717 taxiing out to RWY 01 at BNE with thrust reversers deployed - is it possible to do a reverse take-off??Or the pilot wants to have a look as part of the pre flight inspection, I always do it.
Nice looking birds! Great pics. Thanks for sharing.
I'm loving seeing the B717's and virgins F100's about. Makes an otherwise boring line up interesting!
Kind of funny that both makes are hitting their strides in popularity some years after they ceased production. There are some worrying trends in Aviation, with no real replacement for the regional turboprops like the Saabs being made and no clear stand out replacement for the 100 seater jets for local conditions.
The Bombardier CS100 not a good pick to replace either?

Or the Mitsubishi Regional Jet?
You could even suggest the Sukhoi Superjet... Or not.
