After some research and realised how bizarre this program is. There is no contact number except for an email address. No contact times. Imaging when requiring assistance with the booking directly with cx. Also CX contact centre has no idea about this program. In their mind, they only have 2 programs, asia mile and marco polo.
Anyone has experience with the business plus program, please share your insight.
