Cant Access SQ booking from VA award

Hi, I booked some award flights thru VA site on SQ some months ago. I was able to get an SQ reservation number and up until recently I could enter my booking number on the SQ site and manage my booking. I know SQ recently upgraded their website. I went on tonight to check my booking and cant access it anymore. Has anyone else found this recently?

Shouldn't be a problem.

I'd suggest you call SQ and ask them to check the booking.
 
I booked mine on 16 October and initially I could access it but now I get the error message:
"Your ticket was issued by our partner airline. To manage your booking, get in touch with the relevant airline or return to the source of your booking."

Same here. I rang today to check my original seat selection was maintained and it was. But just a bit annoying if I want to do book the cook I will have to ring up which would be hopeless I think. As usual these call centres are almost impossible to hear and I couldnt understand them well at all. I can just imagine trying to go through a menu doing book the cook over the phone, who knows what I would end up with. Thankfully while I still had access I chose the kids "book the cook". The adults will just have to choose from the menu on the day I think.
 
Maybe ask VA for your SQ PNR again? somehow it could of changed? or could be they are making it the way of booking with a TA and that that you can't access it, which they seem to be fond of for whatever reason.
 
Same here but I can access my seat selection via the app and using the SIA PNR- website give me error/VA booking message.
 
I've noticed the same thing with my LifeMiles award booking of SQ flights. When booked a few months ago I could login to SQ's MMB and select seats, but the week before I tried to login and check the booking but got the same message as AIRwin in #3.

Is this particular to award bookings only or all non-SQ bookings?

We booked SQ through an OTA and no issues, including right up to on-line check-in.

Book the cook menu is online, select what you want then ring up call centre.

Thanks MEL_Traveller for the data point, I wondered if it is limited to award bookings. My flight is some time away so I'll wait till closer and call SQ to check seats and meals.

My booking isn't an award booking. Booked via VA (needed the sector recognition).
