Can you upgrade from Economy to Economy plus using points?

Hi all,

I know you can upgrade from Y to J on UA using points a co-pay. Sadly, I don't quite have enough points and by the time I take into account the co-pay, i'd rather not.

Does anyone know if I can upgrade to Y+ using points only? You can pay, and it's about $219 dependent on the seat, but i'm not so keen on that (i'll do it as a last resort, because Y is 100% full)
