Can infants be seated in row 4 on a 737?

I don't know the exact configuration of QF aircraft, but infants can generally only be seated in rows where there are extra oxygen masks (ie 4 masks per block of 3 seats)... and on some airlines, only selected rows have these extra masks.

I'm inclined to think the answer may be no, as there are a number of 737's that have airbags in the seatbelts in row 4.

Are there any other restrictions other than exit rows?
IME on the Jetconnect 737 on the Trans Tasmans the answer is yes they can.
However after 2 fights we stopped booking Row 4 due to the fixed armrests which made things a little too uncomfortable, note we booked Little Miss Altair as a child so we had all 3 seats, and have found the regular seats allowing the armrests to go up and making a good sized sleeping area a better and more comfortable option.

I recall that on BA 737's for European travel we could only select seats in certain rows due to the requirement for extra oxygen masks. This doesn't seem to be the case on QF, we have been seated in rows, 5,6,7,9 and more over the years.
The exception is that some of the QF 737's have airbag seat belts fitted in row 4, and infants are not allowed in those seats. For that reason, you cannot select row 4 with an infant in the booking on any 737 IME. You can however select with a child in the booking, but you may find that you are moved to another seat if the aircraft has the airbag belts in row 4.
