Business Reward flight no longer available after login

I managed to find some Business Rewards seat using VA website (for SQ code share flight) and able to select it. Then I login to my velocity account, the selected seat is gone.

Anyone has the same experience? What can I do to get those seat?

log out, see if its stil there.
Look on SQ website, is it there.
ring VA and ask them

When you are not logged on the website shows and makes available award seats for selection.

If logged on and if you have not enough points for an option then you can't select them.

Is this the issue?

No, that's not the issue since I've enough points to redeem 2 seats... but could be more williamsf1 said where SQ code share flight only available at Any seat reward (high points)

I've booked J reward seats on VA site for Syd to Amsterdam via SIN return but when ticketed, the flights are SQ flights, not VA marketed flights.

When you select "show in points" and not logged in ... the next page will display SQ flight numbers with reward seats in points and the VA codeshare flights as "anyseat" points levels ..

It was never there in the first place...
VA*SQ will never return as a REWARD seat points level ...... ANYSEAT points level YES

When you select "show in points" ... the system does a search in the back end for any possible reward seats ( and on this route only SQ prime flights will return the reward levels) the same flight VA*SQ will return with a ANYSEAT level

Im WP and hubby SG. Last year when I also redeemed flights he was WP and I was red.

Status makes no difference when doing a redemption online with VA

QF, however, they have extra showing online

Thanks all for your input. The reason the seat went missing after I login is because I wanted more than 1 Reward Seat (there's only 1 available).

I think the problem lies with VA search engine, I searched for 2 seats and it shows that Reward Seat and Anytime seat is available for selection. However as I mentioned in the post, the selection went missing after I login.
