It goes without saying that we are all affected by the horrific events unfolding in our country right now. Sitting in the relative comfort of my office in Melbourne, I can only imagine how people (let alone the estimated half a billion animals and birds who have perished!) who are directly impacted are suffering. I know this sentiment is shared by all AFF members, many of whom have responded to this emergency in their own way.
You might recall the generosity of our members back in 2009 after the Black Saturday bush fire in Victoria, and as the owner of AFF I feel compelled to do something again. As I know that many of you have already donated to a charity of your choice, I won't be asking you to donate again as part of AFF.
So in order to recognise the generosity of those AFFers who have contributed, I'm offering any AFF member who has donated $50 or more to any relevant charity during the period 1 Jan to Sunday 12 Jan, complimentary AFF Silver membership for one month PLUS complimentary attendance to our next Frequent Flyer Solutions webinar (full details HERE) PLUS the "Bushfire Appeal 2020" banner to be displayed under their AFF handle this month.
If you wish to participate, simply send a receipt of any donation greater than $50 you have made to any recognised and related charity between 1 Jan till Sunday 12 Jan to [email protected] with the title "Bushfire Appeal 2020" and we will upgrade your AFF account and send you an invite to attend the webinar. If you would rather not have the banner displayed, please indicate that in your email and we won't display it.
Be sure to include your AFF Handle in your email, so that we know who you are! The webinar invite will be sent to the email address we have on file. You can view/change it HERE.
