Hi guys

Earlier this year Qantas CEO Alan Joyce laid out the challenges faced by our Qantas International operations and announced that we were undertaking a review.

This morning at 10am Alan Joyce will outline Qantas’s plans for our international operations.

We’ll be online today to keep you informed of all changes and to answer your questions.

You can receive live updates of Alan Joyce’s speech via our Twitter account @qantasairways from 10am.

We’ll also provide you with all the information regarding today’s announcement as soon as it becomes available.

Stay tuned.

Good to hear a review of incompetent management practices and poor fleet purchasing decisions over the last 10 years which has largely contributed towards such challenges has been undertaken.

It says a stronger Qantas not a better qantas. Given the focus on financial performance I suggest the implication is stronger financial performance.

Where is the speech being given? Any chance it will be on a news channel?
