So I recently ditched my iPhone and bought an Android phone, and this is my first time using the Qantas app on it. Doom.

I checked in online using the app, all ok. But then when it went to bring up the boarding passes, it crashed. I restarted it. It crashed again. Rinse and repeat about 10 times. Android told me to uninstall it, so I did, and then I reinstalled it. It opens again without crashing, but now while it says I've checked in, there's no sign of the boarding passes...Anyone got any ideas as to how I can get the BP's resent to my phone? Or am I just going to have to go to the desk at the airport and have them give me a paper one?

Thanks in advance :)

The QF Android app definitely has a few areas which are a bit rough, BPs being one of them in my experience. I don't really care though - the QFF card is still an easier and nicer experience than having to fiddle with my phone anyway.

Just use your ff card to board at the gate or if you want a bit of paper you can do a reprint at an airport kiosk. You don't need to see a person however you can always ask for a boarding pass in the lounge or at the gate prior to boarding.
